Super Fast Mango Sorbet

Possibly the easiest and tastiest way to make sorbet with just 2 ingredients (and one of them is optional)!


1, 15 ounce can of mango, undrained

2 teaspoons sugar (optional)


Freeze the mango in a freezer-safe container. Place the frozen mango in a blender or food processor; add sugar. Cover and process until combined. You may need to stop the blender and stir/mash the mixture a few times with a fork during processing to ensure that the sorbet is smooth.  Serve immediately or freeze. Yield: 4 servings.
