A Fresh Take on Fruit Juice

Fruit juice often gets a bad name, since many brands are mostly sugar and water.  But new research found that moderate consumption of 100% orange juice helped adults achieve daily needs for a variety of vitamins and minerals and was linked with a decreased risk of obesity.  While whole fruit is still the best option, a cup of 100% juice each day can be a sweet and healthful way to help meet daily recommendations for fruit intake.  Read more by clicking here.
